ElastoplastR Scar Reduction Patches are a technological advance in scar management. Scar Reduction Patches are clinically proven to reduce the visibility of raised and /or coloured scars - old or new - in 95% of cases.

Finally, a scar management product that is easy to wear, disposable, and relatively inexpensive. Elastoplast Scar Reduction Patches meet this need. The products are self-adhesive, disposable, comfortable to wear virtually anywhere on the body, and suitable for sensitive skin.

They can even be used on children. (Please ensure that young children cannot reach the patch or put them into their mouth - choking risk.)


How Scar Reduction Patches Work
The polyurethane patches work in a natural way by ensuring the optimum temperature to maximise the skin's own process of regeneration and thereby improve microcirculation in the scar tissue. Clinical surveys confirm that raised and red scars become flatter, softer, and noticeably less visible after a treatment of only 8-10 weeks.

Components
21 individually sealed self-adhesive patches and fixation strips for extra security in awkward places.

These patches are hydroactive polyurethane dressing and contain
no chemical or pharmaceutical ingredients and no whitening agents.

Usage
Simply apply the patch over the scar.
If additional adhesion is required, use the fixing strips.
The patch must be worn at least 12 hours per day.
Treatment should not be interrupted for longer than 12 hours.
A visible reduction of the scar should be observed after 8-10 weeks.
